Presales Engineer

Responsibilities:

Solve technical issues for customers with coordination of product development and engineering.
Work with Sales team on improving customers’ satisfaction through providing high quality technical service.
Conduct trainings and demonstrations for products and applications.
Identify possibilities of product technology and customer needs.

Requirements:
Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years working experience in IT industry is preferred.
Knowledge on Windows server technologies AD, Exchange, SharePoint products.
Knowledge on Network routers, switches, Firewalls & SSL VPN.
Knowledge on SAN / NAS Storage experience is a plus.
Strong communications, analytical reasoning and good presentation.
Responsible, aggressive and initiative.
Well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.

Account Manager

Responsibilities:

Achieve sales and marketing targets.
Explore & identify business opportunities from targeted customers.
Allocate and coordinate appropriate resources to improve projects successful rate.
Formulate account strategy and to form a strategic partnership with the customers.
Ensure high quality project delivery.

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holders or above in Information Technology or related discipline.
At least 2 years solid sales experience gained in Information Technology industry.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
A good team player, self-motivated, strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Prospect new opportunities through phone or Emails.
Follow up the sales leads and enquiries, also follow up the quotation, order, maintenance agreement and evaluation request.
Responsible for the Product Sales Presentation and initial product demos over the phone/web.
Communicate with customers and partners on product changes, product upgrades, product innovations and general policy changes.
Handle customer inquiries on order status and shipment information.
Provide support and participate in sales & marketing activities, such as: cold calling; trade show participation; organize and attend the seminar/ webinars.
Provide accurate and reliable sales forecast.
Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, quarterly territory plans and reviews.
Analyze and summarize competitor information and trends, also identify sales opportunities.
Handle existing customer management include pricing, forecasting, product information and problem resolution.

Requirements:
Degree level in Business and diploma in Information Technology.
5 years+ of experience in Sales at Information Technology field.
Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities:

Handle office admin duties.
Assist in ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:
Graduate from IVE or above in Accountancy.
1 year accounting experience is preferable.
Good knowledge in MYOB system.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Ms Excel, Word, Chinese Typing.
Honest, Independent and Strong sense of responsibility.
Immediately available is preferred.
